Lindsay Messina
Blonde hair, green eyed beauty, Lindsay Messina was raised by a loving, close- knit family in a small town in upstate New York. From the start, Lindsay’s All American look and vibrant, intriguing personality, was the perfect combination for a career in health and fitness.

Lindsay’s impressive physique and bright smile has caught the attention of those in the industry. She has been featured in magazines such as; Women’s Health, Prevention, Runners World, Fitness, Muscle and Fitness, Oxygen and Fitness HERS. She has graced the covers of both Oxygen and Muscle Fitness HERS and has contributed her expert knowledge in many articles in these magazines. She has been interviewed by MSN Health and Fitness, and has been featured in ad campaigns for Under Armor and Lady Foot Locker. You can also catch her in the Bosu commercial and the Ab Flyer and Ab Coaster infomercials.

As a Fitness Bikini Competitor, Lindsay’s beauty, great character and energy has earned her 2008 Fitness America Champion, first place at Regional Competitions and runner-up title at two National Competitions.

In June 2009 Lindsay hosted Fitness Universe in Miami, Florida as well as co-hosted a seminar on techniques to become successful in the modeling and competition industry. At this seminar Lindsay and Cathy Savage launched Perfect Body Online – a new and innovative program that teaches women to achieve their optimum body – whether they want to model and compete or just be in the absolute best shape of their lives. Perfect Body Online also offers tried and reputable contacts in the industry for those who want to further their careers and need a complete program to guide them.

She is a true role model for every up-coming model and fitness competitor as well as for all women who want to keep their minds and bodies healthy and strong. She is extremely generous and giving and her goal is for all women, regardless of age, to succeed in their quest for wellness and health.

Cathy Savage
Cathy Savage is an internationally recognized fitness and figure coach who has been featured in Oxygen Magazine as well as countless other fitness magazines. Since the early 1990s, Cathy has been the most successful competition coach for aspiring all natural athletes from around the world. Cathy coaches women for training, nutrition, modeling and talent, stage presentation, choreography, and much more! Her expertise in this sport has been showcased in Oxygen magazine, where she resides on the Adviser Panel and where she contributes to many features. Cathy has also been featured on Fox television and ABC as a fitness expert and specialist as well as MTV. Cathy also runs the #1 competitive fitness and figure camp called CAMP SAVAGE. Cathy is known for transforming the physiques of both athletes as well as non-athletes who simply want to look like they compete, with a natural, non-extreme approach! Cathy's television show "True Life: I want the Perfect Body II" featured her coaching style and transformation success. Cathy's clients are constantly featured on the cover of the most popular fitness magazines and are awarded the top modeling jobs in the industry. Her networking power and image of being an advocate for women is known throughout the industry. Cathy is a pioneer of the fitness industry, gaining an incredible amount of respect with promoters, agents, vendors, magazine editors and of course her team of "Savage Sisters"

Andi Martin
Andi has been involved in fitness competitions for the past 11 years. She has a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She is the owner of Andi-Fit Personal Training and Fitness Coaching and serves at the Pittsburgh area CSF ambassador. A former Health and Physical Education teacher, Andi uses her experience as an educator, to give our clients the knowledge they need to be successful, in a way that best fits their needs.

As a competitor, Andi has done over 30 shows, and has been a top 5 finalist in several national level competitions. She is a former Fitness America Pageant ESPN Series champion, and has placed 2nd at the Fitness Universe Pageant 3x, and 2nd at the Fitness America Pageant World Championships once. She has switched roles, and is now on the coaching side of fitness, but has left the door open to make a comeback sometime in the future.

Andi lives in Pittsburgh, PA with her husband, Chad, and 4 year old son, Nash.
